Glenwood Park Phase II Underway

With direct access to the Beltline in the heart of Glenwood Park, construction of a 192 unit community, The Argos, began in June 2021 with expected completion in May 2023. The Argos is situated less than 3 miles from the center of Downtown Atlanta, 10 miles from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and a quarter-mile drive to the I-20 Interstate. Both Publix and Kroger are within walking distance as well as a number of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and a movie theater within the Downtown Glenwood Park area. Station 75 Apartments Construction Commences

Avila Construction began building Station 75, a 272 unit community in Locust Grove, Georgia in May 2020. Station 75 is situated directly in the center of Metro Atlanta’s industrial and logistics hub. Growth trends continue with access to Warner Robbins and other major port cities, such as Savannah, in the Southeast.  In 2019, The Atlanta Regional Commission credited Henry County with the second largest population increase in the 10 county metro region.  Station 75 will offer some of the largest 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units in the market.  The expected completion date of this community is projected for December 2021.
