Glenwood Park Phase II Underway

With direct access to the Beltline in the heart of Glenwood Park, construction of a 192 unit community, The Argos, began in June 2021 with expected completion in May 2023. The Argos is situated less than 3 miles from the center of Downtown Atlanta, 10 miles from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and a quarter-mile drive to the I-20 Interstate. Both Publix and Kroger are within walking distance as well as a number of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and a movie theater within the Downtown Glenwood Park area. The project is also located in part of the “Imagine Memorial” corridor study which includes improvements along Memorial Drive for more shared spaces, activity centers, bike paths and multi-use trails. The community sits directly on the greatest amenity the City of Atlanta has to offer, access to the Beltline’s Southside Trail.
