The Opportunity

Avila began its Maple 278 assemblage in 2014 when it purchased the bank owned acreage at the corner of Maple Street and E. College Avenue.  During the next year, adjacent property was purchased and the assemblage grew to 2+ acres in the Central Business District of Avondale Estates.

With an active street presence and walkable to both Avondale Estates’ Rail Arts District and to the Avondale Estates Marta Station/TOD, the Maple 278 affords an opportunity for retail, office and a mix of other uses.
