Glenwood Park Phase II Underway

With direct access to the Beltline in the heart of Glenwood Park, construction of a 192 unit community, The Argos, began in June 2021 with expected completion in May 2023. The Argos is situated less than 3 miles from the center of Downtown Atlanta, 10 miles from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and a quarter-mile drive to the I-20 Interstate. Station 75 Apartments Construction Commences

Avila Construction began building Station 75, a 272 unit community in Locust Grove, Georgia in May 2020. Station 75 is situated directly in the center of Metro Atlanta’s industrial and logistics hub.
