300 Commerce Apartments Groundbreaking

Avila Real Estate announces the groundbreaking of 300 Commerce Apartments in LaGrange, Georgia.  This logistical hub is located one hour south of Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and is home to the largest business park in the Southeast with 41 international companies.  Most recently, Kia and Hyundai have both increased their presence in the submarket related to the manufacturing of electric vehicles.  Avila will develop 185 units directly adjacent to The Thread, a 12-foot-wide path designed for recreational walking, running, and biking which will connect 29 miles of pathway to parks and recreation centers.  Construction is expected to be complete in early 2025.
